The Graduate Record Exam(GRE) is a two and one half hour computer adaptive exam used in the graduate school admissions process. It is comprised of three sections:
- Analytical Writing: one 45 minute Issue Task and one 30 minute Argument Task
- Quantitative Reasoning: 30 minute computer adaptive test that includes problem solving and quantitative comparison questions
- Verbal Reasoning: 45 minute computer adaptive test featuring question formats including analogies, antonyms, sentence completions, and critical reading
