| Pricing
Each student works one-on-one with a tutor who is expert in the field and highly trained in the PrepMatters methodology. Our pricing structure reflects our commitment to hiring and keeping the best tutors in the business, and the value of the one-on-one approach. One hour of tutoring starts at $175/hr and can go up to $350/hr depending on the tutor, his or her level of expertise and availability. In cases where there are waiting lists for tutors, we apologize but encourage working with another tutor as we guarantee the highest quality of service possible. A one-hour session entails 50 minutes of instruction with 10 minutes for tutors to compile notes from the session and correspond with parents as needed. Final price is determined at sign up. A typical student sees his or her tutor 12 or more times. |
Billing and
Payment
For all services, we ask that clients pay by credit card. Our billing information form is provided in our welcome packet and we ask that it be completed and returned to us during the first session. It is stored in a secure place and you are charged every week for sessions accrued during that period. At the end of the month, you will receive a statement by email. Please specify during registration if you have payment concerns, a tutor request or specific needs that we should consider. |
