Philosophy:
Fostering students'
self-knowledge and critical thinking skills is
essential for their success on standardized
tests and into their adult lives. Though
content and strategies are clearly a large part
of the formula for success, these are of
little use if not presented in a way that
will help the student to be engaged and
receptive. I firmly believe that this is my
role, to identify a student's unique needs, and
help develop individual
strategies.
Bio:
Ryan recently relocated to
Rockville, Maryland with his beautiful wife and
daughter. Originally, he hails from the woods
and lakes of Maine, where he developed a strong
sense of good-natured independence. He took a
BA in English and Philosophy at Gordon College
in Wenham, MA, and is now pursuing his JD
degree at Georgetown University Law Center.
