1. Remember Aristotle:  "We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act but a habit." The SAT is one test on one day. Or two if you're retaking. (Maybe more if you're on the varsity SAT team). The test is important for colleges but it is not an IQ test or measure of your character or who you are.
